As the face of RaiseNow, our Customer Success team aims to create a seamless customer experience that exceeds all expectations. The goal is to be a proactive partner.

Product, Tech & UI/UX Design

Responsible for building and expanding our product portfolio, our product team aims to delight changemakers and their supporters with our world-class fundraising solutions.

Sales, Marketing & Partner Management

These three teams educate and empower nonprofit organizations all over the world by raising awareness of the potential of fundraising technology.

Finance, Operations & Data & Insights

The operations side of RaiseNow makes sure everything runs smoothly and provides key data that the rest of the team can rely upon to make decisions.

Your path to becoming a Changemaker


The first step after a successful screening of your CV is a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, usually your future team lead.


After that, we invite you to an assessment call, which lasts around 1.5 hours. We usually ask you to prepare a case study or task in advance.

Team chat

We conclude the hiring process with a team chat. It lasts around 1 hour and gives you the opportunity to get to know other team members.


Shortly after the team chat we will make a decision about an offer. You will receive the details via phone or email from us.
