As the face of RaiseNow, our Customer Success team aims to create a seamless customer experience that exceeds all expectations. The goal is to be a proactive service provider for our software.

After your initial application you'll go through our process to get to know us and hopefully become part of our team.

First Call

The first step after a successful screening of your CV is a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, usually your future team lead.

Assessment

We will then invite you to the assessment phase. Here we check your technical skills and, depending on your seniority, your way of working.

Team chat

We conclude the hiring process with getting to know more team members. Most likely, you'll also meet one of our managing directors.

Offer

Shortly after the team chat we will make a decision about an offer. You will receive the details via phone or email from us.
