On printed materials: Place QR codes and PayLinks on letters, flyers, brochures, posters, postcards, advertisements, and other print media. This provides a convenient offline option for payments and donations.

RaiseNow processes weekly payouts for donations generated via the TWINT QR code. The current processing time for payouts is approximately 3 to 9 days, depending on the timing of the donation or payment. This timeframe is due to the process of securing and processing funds from TWINT. Payouts for each week (Monday to Sunday) are consistently made to your bank account every Wednesday. Before the transfer, you will receive an email statement detailing the gross and net amounts, along with the exact payout date.

Registering your organization in the RaiseNow Hub and creating and managing your TWINT QR codes are completely free of charge. Once you have selected the QR code solution that suits your needs, you can generate any number of QR codes. You only pay a transaction fee if someone successfully uses your QR code. The fee amount varies depending on the type of TWINT QR code selected:

Accepting payments (TWINT Payments): 1.3% per successful transaction Payments with receipt of personal data (TWINT Payments Plus): 2.5% per successful transaction Donations with receipt of personal data (TWINT Donations): 2.5% per successful transaction
