  • No, you can mix and match different Touchpoint Solutions to fit your club’s needs. Use our three TWINT-only solutions or create payment and donation solutions with mixed payment methods. Most clubs find that combining multiple solutions helps them cover different use cases more effectively.

    You can create as many solutions, as you want. That also means: unlimited QR codes and PayLinks, and with our pay-as-you-go model, you only pay a fee for each successful transaction – no fixed costs.

  • RaiseNow and TWINT have a long partnership for club and charity solutions, ensuring that TWINT technology integrates seamlessly with our platform RaiseNow Hub.

    This partnership allows us to offer unique payment solutions designed specifically for clubs and nonprofits – combining the expertise of Switzerland’s leading payment provider and the country’s top fundraising platform.

  • The Digital Terminal with TWINT is a cashless payment solution that allows clubs, associations, and organisations to accept in-person TWINT payments easily. Instead of using a physical payment terminal, you can process payments directly on your mobile phone or tablet with instant payment confirmation.

     

  • Yes, you can display your TWINT QR code online – for example in emails or on screens during presentations. Many organisations do this successfully. However, keep in mind that QR codes are less effective for mobile users, as they can’t scan the code while viewing it on the same device.

    For online use, we recommend also offering alternatives:

    • Share your PayLink or TWINT button via social media, email, chat or SMS for easy access.
    • Embed your form using the iFrame directly on your website or add a PayLink or TWINT button to guide donors or customers to your payment or donation page.

    This ensures that both desktop and mobile users enjoy a smooth and accessible payment experience.

  • TWINT payouts take 3 to 9 days, depending on when the payments were made.

    • Every Wednesday, donations and payments collected from Monday to Sunday of the previous week are transferred to your bank account.
    • Before the payout, you will receive an email from RaiseNow with a payout report detailing the gross and net amounts and the payment date.

  • If you only want to offer TWINT as a payment method, you can choose from the following Touchpoint Solutions:

    • TWINT Payments – Receive instant, cashless payments with a fixed or custom amount QR code, ideal for clubs selling tickets, merchandise, or collecting fees.
    • TWINT Payments Plus – Collect both payments and payer details, making it perfect for membership registrations, bookings and event sign-ups.
    • TWINT Donations – Designed for fundraising, allowing you to receive donations and donor details, with the option to provide donation receipts.

     

    If you also want to offer other payment methods, you can also use these Touchpoint Solutions:

    • Payment Plus – Collect payments and supporter details while letting them choose their preferred method: TWINT, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. You can also enable recurring payments with all methods except TWINT.
    • Donations – Optimised for fundraising with full donor data capture. Supports TWINT, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal – and allows recurring donations via all non-TWINT methods. 

    Recurring payment and donations with TWINT are currently only available in our Growth Plan.

    You can mix and match solutions based on your club’s needs!

  • Signing up is completely free. There are no setup fees, no monthly costs and no charges for creating or managing your TWINT QR codes in RaiseNow Hub.

    You only pay a small fee per successful transaction:

    • TWINT Payments (receive payments) → 1.3% per transaction
    • TWINT Payments Plus (receive payments + payer details) → 2.5% per transaction
    • TWINT Donations (receive donations + donor details) → 2.5% per transaction
    • Donations (receive donations + donor details) → 2.5% per transaction (plus payment provider fees)
    • Payments Plus (receive payments + payer details) → 2.5% per transaction (plus payment provider fees)

     

    You can create unlimited Touchpoint Solutions, ensuring flexibility without extra costs.

  • Yes, TWINT is a highly secure payment method, ensuring fast and protected transactions. Supporters can pay or donate with just a few clicks, without entering banking details.
