RaiseNow, a leading provider of fundraising and payment technology, announces its merger with CRM provider gettup. With this step, RaiseNow strengthens its all-in-one offering and for the first time has its own solution for CRM, accounting and marketing automation in its product portfolio - specially developed for the requirements of small and medium-sized non-profit organizations in the German market. While RaiseNow thus consolidates its position in the German market, gettup gains access to human resources, technologies and a strong network with this merger in order to further develop the CRM solutions in a secure and targeted manner.
Together, they want to support even more changemakers in shaping social change effectively, securely and with as little effort as possible.

Marco Zaugg, CEO and founder of RaiseNow, expresses his conviction about the merger:

Clear positioning in the market: With gettup as part of its network, RaiseNow is sharpening its own positioning as an all-in-one provider for fundraising in Germany - including its own CRM solution, especially for small and growing organizations.

Outlook: Open, integrated, future-oriented

gettup will remain an independent brand and will become part of the RaiseNow network, which Koalect, a Belgium-based provider of innovative community fundraising solutions, has also been a part of since 2023. This is a key step in the further development of the RaiseNow network: a modular system for digital impact with offerings for a wide range of organization types is being created step by step.

gettup complements the RaiseNow network as a solution for smaller organizations with simple requirements. For larger organizations with more complex structures, RaiseNow offers certified integrations to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics as well as other native connections. Open interfaces and close technology partnerships ensure that every charity - regardless of size and system landscape - can seamlessly connect their preferred CRM without replacing existing infrastructures.
