Altruja GmbH becomes RaiseNow GmbH

Until now, three companies stood behind the RaiseNow brand in Germany: Altruja GmbH, gettup management GmbH and RaiseNow GmbH. On 3 September 2026, these three German companies were merged and now operate jointly under the name RaiseNow GmbH. From a legal perspective, the former Altruja GmbH is the surviving, acquiring company. When the merger was entered in the commercial register on 3 September 2026, it was renamed “RaiseNow GmbH”.
For customers and suppliers of the former Altruja GmbH, only the company name shown on invoices will change in day-to-day business. The address, commercial register details, VAT ID, bank details and creditor identifier remain unchanged. Legally, it continues to be the same company.

  • Yes. Existing gettup accounts will remain unchanged. Login details, stored data and existing settings will be retained. The merger of the companies does not require you to register again or set up your account again.

  • The merger of the companies will not initially result in any immediate changes to gettup’s range of features. You can continue to use the product with the features currently available.

However, the product will continue to evolve as gettup is further integrated into the RaiseNow product world. In future, features may therefore be adapted, expanded or replaced by other solutions. Customers will be informed in good time about significant changes that affect their use of gettup.

  • Yes. The merger of the companies is also a further step in integrating gettup into the RaiseNow product world.

The aim is to connect gettup’s features and strengths even more closely with RaiseNow’s solutions in future. As part of this development, individual features, processes and the product’s appearance may change.

Product responsibility remains in familiar hands: Roland Weinzierl, previously Managing Director of gettup Management GmbH, is also responsible for the product’s further development within RaiseNow GmbH.

  • The product is currently still offered under the name gettup and can be used as usual. As gettup is further integrated into the RaiseNow product world, the product’s name may also change in future.

Customers will be informed in good time if the product is renamed. A possible name change is part of the gradual integration of gettup into RaiseNow and the product’s further development.

  • The data processed as part of your use of gettup will be retained. No data will be deleted as a result of the merger, and the data stored in gettup does not need to be transferred or migrated again.

Where gettup Management GmbH was previously the data controller, RaiseNow GmbH will take its place. The relevant privacy information will be adapted to reflect the new corporate structure.

The merger will not initially change the technical and organisational measures used to protect the data processed in gettup.

  • No. As the legal successor to gettup Management GmbH, RaiseNow GmbH assumes the existing rights and obligations. This also applies to existing agreements based on the General Terms and Conditions and to concluded Data Processing Agreements.

You therefore do not need to agree to the General Terms and Conditions again or enter into a new Data Processing Agreement as a result of the merger.

  • In future, gettup will be supported and further developed within RaiseNow GmbH. The familiar contact and support options will initially remain available to existing customers. You can therefore continue to send questions about gettup by email to support@raisenow.com.

As gettup is further integrated into the RaiseNow product world, contacts, email addresses or support processes may also change in future. Customers will be informed of any such changes in good time. Until then, the existing contact options can continue to be used without any changes.

  • The contractual partner and invoice issuer are changing as a result of the merger. RaiseNow GmbH takes the place of the former gettup Management GmbH. Your accounting department must therefore update the master data stored for the supplier or contractual partner.

Future invoices will be issued by RaiseNow GmbH and will contain the new company and payment information. If you pay by bank transfer, you must use the new bank details of RaiseNow GmbH provided on the invoice.

If you pay by SEPA Direct Debit, future invoice amounts will be collected by RaiseNow GmbH. A new SEPA Direct Debit mandate will be provided with the next invoice for this purpose.

Invoices already issued by gettup Management GmbH remain unaffected by the change.

  • Support remains available as usual for questions about the merger, existing contracts, invoices and payments, or the continued use of gettup.

You can send all enquiries by email to support@raisenow.com. This applies both to technical and product-related questions and to matters relating to contracts and billing. Your enquiry will be forwarded to the responsible team within RaiseNow.

Altruja + RaiseNow FAQ

  • Altruja GmbH continues to exist unchanged as a legal entity. Legally, it therefore continues to be the same company. Only the company name was changed from “Altruja GmbH” to “RaiseNow GmbH” on 3 September 2026.

The former RaiseNow GmbH, based in Berlin, and gettup management GmbH were merged into this company. They no longer exist as independent companies.

  • Your contractual partner in future will be:

    RaiseNow GmbH
    Augustenstraße 62
    80333 Munich
    HRB 185960, Munich Local Court

This is the same company that previously operated under the name “Altruja GmbH”.

  • No. As it continues to be the same company, existing contracts remain valid without any changes. Only the company name is changing. There is no legal succession to another company.

  • No. The change of company name does not alter the agreed services, prices or contract periods.

  • Most customers and suppliers do not need to take any action. From now on, please use the new company name “RaiseNow GmbH” instead of “Altruja GmbH” for invoices and payments.

The address, VAT ID, commercial register number, bank details and creditor identifier remain unchanged.

  • Future invoices will show “RaiseNow GmbH” instead of “Altruja GmbH” as the invoice issuer or recipient.

The address and VAT ID remain unchanged:

    RaiseNow GmbH
    Augustenstraße 62
    80333 Munich
    VAT ID: DE271823209

Invoices bearing the former company name “Altruja GmbH” that are still in circulation remain valid.

  • No, the bank details remain unchanged:

    Sozialbank AG
    IBAN: DE97 3702 0500 0009 8014 00
    BIC: BFSWDE33XXX

Nevertheless, please always use the details provided on the current invoice.

  • Existing SEPA Direct Debit mandates remain valid. As Altruja GmbH continues to exist unchanged as a legal entity, the creditor identifier also remains unchanged:

    Creditor identifier: DE26ZZZ00000217557

You do not need to issue a new mandate.

  • No, both details remain unchanged:

    • VAT ID: DE271823209
    • Commercial register number: HRB 185960
    • Register court: Munich Local Court
  • Please issue future invoices to “RaiseNow GmbH” instead of “Altruja GmbH”. The existing address and VAT ID remain unchanged.

Payments will continue to be made through the existing bank account. You can send invoices to us as usual at accounting@raisenow.com.

  • As Altruja GmbH continues to exist unchanged as the company responsible under data protection law, nothing will fundamentally change. We will update the privacy information to reflect the new company name. We will add the exact wording once our internal review has been completed.

  • As only the company name, and not the legal entity, is changing, you do not generally need to sign a new agreement. Whether it may be appropriate to update the contractual documents in individual cases due to the new name is currently being reviewed from a legal perspective.

  • Will my contacts and support change?

  • Please update only the company name in your master data from “Altruja GmbH” to “RaiseNow GmbH”.

The address, VAT ID, commercial register number and bank details remain unchanged.

  • If you have any further questions, you can reach us at support@raisenow.com.
